ABOUT THE AUTHOR

Escape to Valhalla was written by debut author, Margaret O'Brien, and created at the end of 2025 and published in early February 2026. The book was entirely written by human hands.

Escape to Valhalla could be read as a standalone story; however, a trilogy is in progress to be out before Fall 2026.

Margaret O'Brien is currently employed by a large nonprofit medical organization as a Media Analyst specializing in medical and surgical documentation, media metadata tagging, and media publishing.

Margaret, a nationally licensed paramedic, worked part time on ambulance, and in the emergency department. She has additional past clinical experience in nursing, as a medical laboratory technician, a radiology technician, and an Orthopedic Pathology research technician.

Former medical administrative experience included ownership and sale of two medical transcription services and a state licensed medical transcription school that culminated in decades of medical editing expertise, creation of curricula and materials for medically-related courses. She had provided extensive documentation expertise for decades to the medical and surgical communities.
